To achieve waterproof functionality, the charging port is concealed. You must remove the waterproof housing to charge it. No tools are required—simply pry open the housing by hand. Follow these steps:
1. The doorbell comes with a removable waterproof housing. It arrives pre-installed.
2. Manually pry open the waterproof housing to access the doorbell inside.
3. Locate the charging port on the back of the doorbell.
